As a failed entrepreneur, college dropout, and extremely depressed 21 year-old, I decided life was not worth living. So, I made plans to end my life. Well, that did not work. Rather, I added a failed suicide attempt to my failures.
I understood that I had to make specific changes for myself, if I were to change my life's circumstances. And so was born the philosophy of Nonchalant Perfectionism, which is all about developing emotional resilience.
I just recently published my book, Nonchalant Perfectionism, which aims to help all people develop emotional resilience.
